- Responsible for developing some technical content, and overseeing the scheduling, production, design and distribution of training materials as the largest training provider for water and wastewater system operators in the US.
- Administer projects providing technical expertise and applied research management services including stormwater program management consulting, watershed planning, drinking water and wastewater treatment, soil and groundwater investigations, and field/pilot studies for various stormwater source control practices and treatment technologies, as well as technical, managerial, and financial assistance for disadvantaged communities.
